itim’s impressive client list includes retail giants such as Sainsbury, WH Smith, John Lewis Partnership and The Co-operative Group, with its new office in Brough adding to its existing head office in London, its data hosting centre in Plymouth and a fourth location in Portugal.
Principal Consultant at itim’s Brough office, Ian Robson, reported that the company was sold on the move to Humber Enterprise Park from day one. itim needed large, modern office space with free car parking and disabled access, and the site met these criteria whilst bringing the added bonus of business rates exemption.
Ian added that the software provider’s new location has expanded its recruitment radius to include areas such as Leeds, Selby and Goole, as well as Hull.
The Humber Enterprise Park’s amenities including a gym, chill out areas and a planned running track all further combine to make itim a more attractive proposition to potential new team members.
The company’s new facilities are also allowing it to interact with its clients in new ways. Ian stated that from its previous location in Hull the team would always travel to visit clients, but with the business’s new purpose built meeting room and the site’s easy parking access, the company is now proud to invite its clients to meet in Brough, and is even looking into offering clients on-site product training.
Ian further stated that the presence of an on-site maintenance team has helped to make the move-in process as quick and easy as possible, with any problems the company faced being attended to immediately.
