Wren Kitchens Signs Six Year Lease at the HEP
We’re pleased to announce the addition of a new tenant at the HEP. Leading UK kitchen retailer, Wren Kitchens, have just signed a six-year lease, securing the last industrial space available at the Park.
The lease is the largest industrial letting in East Yorkshire in the last 12 months and we’re very proud to be involved in their expansion.
Wren have over 35 years’ worth of experience in their industry, creating bespoke, hard-wearing kitchens at an affordable price.
Already operating in Howden and Barton, the Humber Enterprise Park is Wren Kitchens’ latest storage facility and a welcome addition to the business’ enterprise.
James Appleton-Metcalfe, managing director of park owner Citivale, says: “It’s a pleasure to welcome Wren Kitchens to the park as our final industrial occupant. As a local business and the UK’s number one kitchen retailer, they’re a fantastic addition to the tenants currently occupying our warehouse space.”
