Phase One Demolition Starts at the HEP

The Humber Enterprise Park management team are pleased to announce the commencement of Phase 1 of a 3 phase demolition plan. Consisting of the demolition of obsolete buildings across the HEP, the Principal Contractor (DSM Demolition Group) are programmed to start works to isolate and begin an initial strip of buildings on Monday 30 March 2015.

These works are programmed to last 8 weeks and during this time it is envisaged that the site will see an increase in HGV traffic. Tenants and visitors are asked to be extra vigilant during these works.
